Return or Exchange policies
1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

B. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.
C. Perishable or personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide the necessary details, including your order information and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on returning the item.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

5. Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

6. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variant or product, please contact our customer support team. They will assist you in arranging the exchange and guide you through any price differences or additional charges, if applicable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.

8. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as opened or used products, perishable goods, and personalized items, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

9. Return Policy for Promotional or Discounted Items:
Promotional or discounted items are eligible for returns or exchanges under the same conditions as regular-priced items. However, the refund amount will be based on the discounted price paid rather than the original price. Please note that some promotional or clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for the product(s) once they are returned to us, excluding any original shipping charges.

11. Return Policy for Products with Free Items:
Products that were purchased with any free items included are not eligible for return or exchange. If you wish to return the main product, all the free items associated with it must also be returned in their original, unopened condition. Failure to return the free items will result in the value of the free items being deducted from the refund amount.

12. Policy Changes:
Ayurvita Lifecare reserves the right to modify or update our return policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
